Is The Hunger Games too violent for kids?
My opinion is stick with the PG-13 rating. 10 year old kids probably shouldn’t be lining up to see this movie, even if they’ve read the book. As this article says, there is a big difference in reading about violence and seeing it.

Wow, I can't believe how many people are worked up...
The story did end kind of lame, but it was an ending.
I didn’t like it because Hawke spent the entire game working to become WHATEVER and then one thing happens and he’s on the run. Its like, I did all that work for this!
But leaving it kind of open ended leaves way for possible cameos in future games. I look forward to that. Let the story go where it needs to go.

I love Mondays!
No seriously, I really love Mondays. I know Monday has a reputation as the most dreaded day of the week, but I don’t feel that way. I like Mondays because I feel like I can start my week fresh. I know Sunday is the actual first day of the week, but I hate Sunday’s. Monday is when I can get things done.

Bath and Body Works and Service
Our Relief Society is collecting bath items to donate to a local women’s shelter as gifts for Mother’s Day. They’re collecting things like those gift sized lotions, hand sanitizers, shampoo, body wash, that kind of thing. St Patricks Day and Crap
I don’t celebrate St Patrick’s Day because I’m not Irish, I’m not Catholic, I don’t drink alcohol, and I don’t like the color green.
